Gachsaran Oil and Gas Faculty officially started working as one of Yasuj University's sub-faculties in 2013 and currently it is working in three fields of polymer engineering, applied chemistry and welding mechanics.

The Faculty of Literature and Humanities started working in 2013 with an area of ​​6200 square meters with two courses of English and Persian language and literature and 10 faculty members. In 1386, the fields of sociology, political science, history and theology began to attract students at the undergraduate level and in 1388 at the master's level.
